What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can contribute to SAP OTC invoice-to-cash work—accurate billing, payment processing, reconciliation, and quick discrepancy resolution—using my analytical and problem-solving skills to improve customer satisfaction.

I manage the full OTC cycle, generating accurate invoices and processing orders with a strong focus on SAP billing & invoicing. I ensure invoices include invoice number and date, customer details, taxes, discounts, payment terms, and due dates.

I monitor outstanding invoices using past-due reports (30/60/90+ days), receive and match payments to the correct invoices, and update records. I follow up on overdue invoices through reminders and escalate when needed to keep collections on track.

I support AR and payables activities, help resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams, and maintain daily task tracker records. I also apply audit and compliance discipline by identifying discrepancies across PO and quotes, including price, shipping & handling, taxes/VAT, and currency variances.
