I prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports, KPI trackers, and volume sheets while maintaining organized records and meeting billing SLAs. I use SAP and Opus for transaction tracking, billing operations, and receipting day-to-day incoming transactions.

I reconcile payments against bank statements and accounts receivable ledgers, resolve discrepancies, and clear suspense receipts through timely escalation for remittance details.
