I support account reconciliations, month-end close, audit documentation, and billing compliance while collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams. I use Infor CloudSuite, Clarity, Salesforce, CRM, and CyberSource to deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly invoices within SLA.
Previously at HCL Technologies, I managed telecom contract setup, customer billing, invoice corrections, customer master records, billing reports, and month-end invoice generation.
