What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute my administrative and customer support skills in a dynamic organization where I can grow professionally while delivering efficient, high-quality virtual assistance services.

At Alight – South Sudan Program, I conducted community outreach on gender-based violence and available support services. I responded to sensitive cases, made referrals, and maintained accurate, confidential records.

At Relief International, I supported community awareness campaigns on nutrition, hygiene, and healthy feeding practices. I also referred malnutrition cases to health facilities and maintained program records and reports.

My Certificate in Virtual Assistant training and administrative skills include email and calendar management, data entry, and basic bookkeeping. I’ve used HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management and communication tools.
