I’m looking for a hands-on operations role where I can coordinate stakeholders, handle time-critical logistics, and improve processes—bringing my event operations background and customer support experience to deliver reliable results.

I’m a final-year International Economics student at National Economics University (NEU) with a serious, progressive mindset. Through event organizing and leadership as President of NEU BeU Club (NBC), I built strong operational management and high accountability, coordinating nearly 50 executive committee members to execute 10+ successful events on schedule and within budget.

I also strengthen my operational instincts through hands-on support roles: I operated and updated recruitment/event content at NEU Career Center, and I worked as a Customer Service Executive in logistics—serving as the primary customer contact, coordinating shipment updates, and ensuring smooth cargo transportation. Across both event operations and air-freight coordination, I’m known for swift problem-solving, clear communication, and effective cross-department collaboration.
