At AVSI Foundation, I facilitated communication between Haitian Creole and English speakers in interviews, meetings, and training sessions. I also provided language support for daily communication needs.
At PID, I facilitated communication between English, French, and Creole speakers and ensured conversations were translated accurately. I adapted language and tone to different situations.
At PID, I also provided cultural context when needed and managed difficult or sensitive conversations with tact. I maintained professionalism and confidentiality in my interactions.
I completed the Computer Science program at infotronic in 2019. My experience includes remote support and call center environments, appointment scheduling, and data entry and documentation.
