In my role with the State Department of Social Services / Child Protective Services, I oversee and manage foster care cases while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and agency policies. I conduct thorough assessments of children, families, and foster homes, develop individualized permanency plans (including reunification or adoption), and respond promptly to emergency reports to ensure safety and well-being.

I also strengthen outcomes through collaboration and documentation discipline. In residential and community mental health settings, I provided direct supervision and crisis support for individuals with dual diagnoses, facilitated training for staff, and supported accurate reporting using systems such as NC-TOPPS and TARGET POP data entry—so recovery-focused planning remains consistent and compliant.
