Duane Cooley

At Strada Global, I serve as the sole on-site IT resource, managing device provisioning, asset tracking, network troubleshooting, digital signage, and IT documentation. I built switch-port inventory and device-status tracking tools, supported Intune remediation for U.S.-scoped laptops, and organized roughly 300 leased laptops for disposal.

I've also supported two school campuses serving approximately 1,500 students, managing about 2,000 Chromebooks, 130+ staff laptops, printers, A/V equipment, VoIP, security access, and network infrastructure. My work combines hands-on technical support with clear documentation, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement.

Before transitioning to IT, I completed 20 years in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant First Class, leading logistics, movement control, vehicle operations, and the readiness of 50–60 soldiers. I bring an MBA in Business Analytics, a BA in Information Technology, and a practical focus on translating business needs into dependable technical solutions.
