I pursue perfection in my work through constant learning, hard work, and self-motivation, aiming to contribute to my organization’s growth. I bring experience in client-facing roles where I proactively connect with prospective customers and support sales efforts.

In business development, I worked on procuring new clients through direct contact, attending networking activities, and reviewing clients’ feedback to implement necessary changes. In marketing, I met clients during sales visits, demonstrated and presented products, maintained accurate records, and suggested additional products and services that could be of interest to clients.

I also supported day-to-day operations as an office assistant by sending mails, maintaining files, answering phone calls, and taking and delivering messages. Beyond work experience, I’ve been an event organiser during graduation and post-graduation and participated in inter-college cultural programmes and sports, reinforcing my teamwork and communication mindset.
