I’m an Agile ScrumMaster, Agile Transformation Coach, and Certified Scrum Product Owner who helps organizations deliver complex technology products end-to-end. With over fifteen years of expertise, I lead initiatives from inception to completion—keeping scope, budget, schedule, and quality aligned.

In PMO and program leadership roles, I drafted and oversaw strategic governance frameworks, then designed and implemented standard project management methodologies, standards, and tools. I’ve also developed Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approaches and product roadmaps tied to maximum revenue opportunities, establishing long-term vision and growth strategy.

I’m known for driving continuous improvement and continuous development (CI/CD), improving team productivity, and fostering innovation. I’ve also led data governance initiatives—implementing robust processes for data classification, metadata management, and privacy protection to support regulatory compliance such as CCPA and GDPR.

Across cross-functional environments, I coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices, manage risk and change control, and strengthen execution with clear status reporting and dashboards (including JIRA). I’m adept at building and motivating teams that deliver collaboratively while maintaining strong communication with executives, engineering, design, product, and marketing.
