What I'm looking for

I’m looking to drive measurable performance through adult learning and community-based engagement, partnering closely with corporate HR/L&D leaders. I want to design high-impact programs, strengthen stakeholder ecosystems, and continuously improve outcomes.

I lead as Community Director for ATD Greater Atlanta, where I build strategic corporate partnerships and grow regional talent development communities. I connect corporate HR/L&D executives with shared goals for community building and professional growth.

With a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and 24+ years in designing high-impact learning ecosystems, I bridge instructional theory and corporate execution. I focus on measurable performance through innovative adult learning strategies, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Earlier in my career, I designed and delivered standards-aligned instruction across blended modalities, leveraging Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data-driven assessment strategies. I also led hybrid/remote curriculum adaptations, delivered professional development, and supported instructional consistency across organizational KPIs.

I’m energized by large-scale program logistics, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration—whether coordinating IB Primary Years Programme practices or serving as Grade-Level Chairperson. My work is grounded in adult learning theory (andragogy) and strengthened through certifications including CPTD Candidate and Restorative Practices.
