I've led hospital operations across Boston Diabetes Care, Virinchi Hospital, Airavaata Hospital, BMJH Hospital, and AIG Hospital, with responsibility for P&L, EBITDA, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and daily medical operations.

I build quality systems for patient care, resource planning, doctor deployment, inventory control, statutory compliance, NABH standards, and patient complaint resolution. I also support business development through consultant onboarding, referral conversion, health camps, doctor meets, and specialty growth initiatives.

My work combines clinical experience in surgical oncology and casualty medicine with hospital administration. I focus on operational strategies that improve revenue, control OPEX, strengthen teams, and maintain patient and employee safety.
