At Ativion (ContentKeeper), I lead product demonstrations and customer training, and troubleshoot web-filter issues across customer networks. I investigate traffic and endpoint logs to isolate problems with filtering, encryption, DNS, and SSL/TLS inspection.
I also support ContentKeeper integrations across Windows, macOS, iOS, and ChromeOS, and write scripts to automate recurring tests and troubleshooting procedures. My work includes root-cause analysis in Linux-based, hardware, and cloud-containerized environments.
At Inductive Health Informatics, I managed AWS server instances and automated parts of the monthly patching cycle with Amazon EventBridge and PowerShell. I also improved Lambda functions and documented the process.
Earlier, I maintained network devices across multiple plants at Interplex Etch Logic and implemented FortiGate SD-WAN and MPLS solutions at Thrive Networks. My experience also includes leading a team of technicians at Vertikal6 and supporting customer systems across network, cloud, and service desk environments.
