At Amalgamated Bank, I manage Trust Department operations processing $100 million to $500 million in daily Fed Wires, internal transfers, ACH payments, and share transactions. I’ve implemented automation for interest-bearing transactions, end-of-day proofs, inbound wire allocation, and AI-supported client directives.

Previously, I formed and led Account Administration at Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, overseeing SPAC implementations, business combinations, complex reorganizations, and relationships with 200 corporate issuers. At Broadridge and Citibank, I led multi-location operations, reconciliation, corporate actions, tax reporting, vendor oversight, regulatory controls, and large operational teams.

I bring deep experience in transfer agency, depositary receipts, corporate trust, compliance, and operational transformation, including system conversions, outsourcing, process redesign, and audit readiness. I’ve also represented the industry through Securities Transfer Association leadership roles.
