I’m a cash management operations specialist with experience supporting bank and trust account controls, transaction processing, account reconciliations, ACH and wire payment operations, trade support, and client billing functions. I’m recognized for accuracy, accountability, and consistent performance in highly regulated, deadline-driven financial environments.

At Forge Trust, I monitor and reconcile multiple bank accounts daily against internal systems to ensure transaction accuracy and ledger integrity. I process and review ACH, wire payments, returned items, deposits, and exception transactions; execute controlled bank money movements; submit and track client trade requests through Matrix (Broadridge) and Morgan Stanley platforms; and complete quality control for state and federal tax payments.

I also own revenue-related controls and resolve operational issues through Zendesk ticketing workflows, while collaborating cross-functionally and independently managing assigned operational queues. Previously, I supported large-scale lockbox service migrations at ApexSystems and managed the business online banking platform and related treasury service products at Washington Trust Company, including vendor relationship management, audit support, and digital banking solution implementation.
