What I'm looking for
I’m an administrative and customer support professional focused on coordinating service appointments, communicating clearly with customers, and keeping field operations running smoothly. I’m known for attention to detail, problem-solving, and quickly learning new systems while working independently.
In my HVAC Administrative Assistant experience, I assisted 5–15 customers weekly by diagnosing electrical and electronic issues, explaining solutions, and ensuring timely service resolution. I documented work orders, handled email and phone status updates, and coordinated service requests and appointment scheduling to support timely dispatch and follow-up.
I also bring leadership and organization from serving as a Volunteer Team Leader, where I coordinated weekly schedules and training for teams of up to 20 volunteers and maintained records of schedules, materials, and assignments. Now, I’m strengthening my foundations in teamwork, leadership, effective communication, and time management through my current studies.
