I am a healthcare-focused strategic analytics leader with deep experience building analytics capabilities and leading enterprise transformations. I have led teams and programs that improved care delivery, digital health, and population health management across large health systems.

At Freed Associates I directed analytics provider selection, designed organizational structures for financial analytics, and managed digital health interoperability programs to enhance member experience and regulatory compliance. I also led initiatives improving care management for high-risk patient populations.

Previously, as Director of Strategic Analytics at John Muir Health/Optum, I built and scaled a high-performing analytics team, enabled enterprise profitability and growth, and delivered cost savings through system consolidation and advanced visualization tools. I led telehealth and consumer contact strategies that measurably improved service levels.

Earlier work at Stanford Children's Health involved partnering with senior executives on operational and performance improvement programs, launching Lean transformation, and delivering significant service-level and cost improvements through revenue cycle and access center initiatives.
