I’m a healthcare analytics leader with 10+ years of progressive experience supporting Medicare Advantage, Medicare, Medicaid, population health, epidemiology, survey analytics, quality measurement, and healthcare operations.
In my most recent role, I supported Medicare Advantage quality measurement and outcomes reporting across 650+ plans, serving more than 1 million beneficiaries annually. I served as an analytical lead evaluating MA plans’ ability to maintain or improve beneficiary functioning, and I developed SAS production programs for annual CMS reporting, measure generation, quality assurance, and client deliverables.
I also strengthen analytic rigor by performing annual case-mix adjustment updates, implementing and validating logistic regression methods, and maintaining specifications aligned with annual HOS and HEDIS releases. I collaborate closely with CMS stakeholders, clinicians, statisticians, and survey vendors, and I lead annual training and onboarding for roughly 75 personnel across four survey vendors.
Previously, I delivered analytics and reporting for 1.2M+ Medicaid and Medicare members, building SAS, SQL, Power BI, and DAX solutions for population health and quality improvement. I developed utilization and chronic disease management dashboards, created COVID-19 vaccination dashboards, supported maternal-child health analytics, improved HEDIS outcomes, and built My Path palliative care algorithms—while presenting research and supporting NCQA quality improvement efforts.
