What I'm looking for

I seek hands-on IT and design roles where I can combine technical support, system administration, and UI/UX or graphic design work, ideally in collaborative, growth-focused teams with remote flexibility.

I am an IT professional focused on desktop and laptop troubleshooting, system administration, and client support, with strong skills in modern UI/UX and graphic design. I deliver reliable hardware repairs, software installations, and user guidance to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

I have hands-on experience as a freelance IT Support Technician and as a Junior IT Support Technician where I upgraded, assembled, and maintained computer systems, managed Windows environments, and adhered to safety protocols. I also supported remote administrative operations, managing Google Classroom setups, calendar and platform administration, and providing student and parent support.

More recently, I completed an execution-focused remote graphic design internship producing branding materials, social media graphics, marketing visuals, and presentation designs, and I pursued coursework in Generative AI/Cybersecurity and AI-powered Graphic Design/UI/UX to expand my design and AI-assisted capabilities.
