I’m looking for a remote role where I can support a CEO with email and calendar management, scheduling, client onboarding, and customer support—bringing proactive organization, clear communication, and careful attention to detail to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

I’m an Executive Virtual Assistant providing high-level support to the CEO through email and calendar management, client onboarding, research, and coordination of sales materials for different client types. I bring daily accountability support, scheduling, and client-call coordination, along with travel planning and office support to keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Before this, I worked as a Customer Support Representative at JetBlue CCI Kenya, assisting customers with booking, cancellations, and check-ins while handling flight-related inquiries and upselling services like JetBlue Barclay Plus Card and related options. I’m proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to clear communication and respecting time and organization, backed by a Diploma in Medical Engineering and ALX Africa Virtual Assistance training.
