I am a dedicated claims manager and healthcare administrator with hands-on experience in medical billing, claims submission, and patient-facing administrative tasks. I prioritize accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of billing issues to support hospital operations.

Over several years I have worked across roles including receptionist, cashier, fuel attendant and manager, gaining strengths in customer service, cash handling, reporting and operations management. I bring proficiency in hospital billing systems and claims workflows, and a commitment to maintaining organized records.

In my current role I oversee the submission and tracking of medical claims, liaise with insurance companies, resolve denied or unpaid claims, and prepare performance reports on claims processing. I focus on compliance with regulations and improving claims turnaround while collaborating across departments.

I am goal-oriented, self-motivated and continually building practical IT skills, with a computer certificate showing distinction across packages. I seek to contribute my problem-solving, reporting and administrative capabilities to a healthcare organization focused on efficient, patient-centered services.
