What I'm looking for

I’m looking to advance cross-cultural, gender-transformative programs where I can combine research, workshop facilitation, and strong stakeholder coordination—translating complex governance and systemic realities into actionable learning and evidence-based results.

For the past decade, I’ve focused on helping people and institutions work effectively across cultural, linguistic, and systemic lines. I’m at my best when I can connect research and lived experience to practical, people-first program design that leads to measurable change. I bring a rights-based, gender transformative lens to everything I build and deliver.

On contract with FCM’s PMI-WILL Project, funded by Global Affairs Canada, I research socio-cultural and governance dynamics in Ghana and deliver cross-cultural workshops for Canadian and Ghanaian local government officials. I develop orientation and capacity-building materials, and I document outcomes and lessons learned to continuously improve program design within FCM’s international programs portfolio. Alongside this, at United Way East Ontario, I supported the Hire Immigrants Ottawa initiative by coordinating employer engagement events, managing project documentation and reporting, and keeping logistics and budgets on track.

Before moving to Canada, I worked at an international school in Ghana, teaching students from over 20 countries and building a student immersion program in Spain from proposal through budget, delivery, and evaluation. I bring strengths in stakeholder partnership, proposal and report writing, and monitoring and evaluation—supported by a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Philosophy in Spanish Language from the University of Ghana. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, and I use that multilingual advantage to make collaboration feel seamless across borders.
