At Etsy, I architected a self-service ML platform for teams building and operating production models, and built feature ingestion systems that improved freshness and cut onboarding time. I also developed an AI operations agent that reduced fleet analysis from about a day to five minutes.
At Microsoft, I re-architected Bing Places and its public APIs into a distributed service platform, improving throughput and engineering velocity. Earlier, I authored the Cosmos DB Table SDK, which reached 60M+ downloads, and at Amazon I developed data-processing and machine-learning systems for analytics and advertising.
