At Google, I architected a Python FastAPI AI gateway for Cloud Console and Vertex AI, enabling natural-language infrastructure troubleshooting through resource-context retrieval and streamed LLM responses. I also designed RAG retrieval using Vertex AI Vector Search to ground answers in live GCP project configurations and internal documentation.
I've owned production reliability end-to-end, from SLOs and error budgets to on-call incident response, postmortems, circuit breakers, and automated fallbacks. My work has addressed recurring P0/P1 dependency failures, improved availability, and supported zero-downtime regional deployments on GKE.
Previously, I built high-traffic Amazon product-page services, Redfin's interactive property search map and MLS ingestion pipeline, and Microsoft's real-time Azure resource health dashboard. I work across Go, Java, Python, React, Angular, GCP, AWS, and Azure to make complex systems reliable and useful for customers.
