At SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA LEGAL SERVICES, I directed volunteer operations supporting 250+ law student volunteers participating in legal-service delivery. I coordinated recruitment, onboarding, placement, and program support, and expanded university recruitment partnerships.
At RISE COLLECTIVE, I co-founded a community-centered initiative providing legal navigation, reentry support, advocacy, and programming for justice-impacted individuals and families. I lead program strategy, partnership development, community engagement, and operational coordination.
Through my work with NEW ORLEANS FAMILY JUSTICE CENTER and other community organizations, I coordinated violence-prevention programming, built school and community partnerships, and supported outreach and client services. I also founded AFFIRMATIVE ARTISTRY, LLC, where I lead business development and plan arts and engagement experiences.
