What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my public- and private-sector real estate operations experience to complex property, lease, project, and compliance work, including stakeholder coordination, due diligence, contract management, and team oversight.

I'm managing County of Riverside real property activities, including commercial leases, site inspections, due diligence, tenant improvements, contract approvals, and lease portfolio coordination.

Previously, I coordinated residential transactions for 18 agents at RE/MAX Empire Properties and earned Brokerage Manager of the Year for the Western District in 2020. My background also includes project management for condominium renovations and new-build developments, plus property and staff management for multifamily lease-up communities.
