What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote role where I can lead frontend delivery, build maintainable web products, align technical work with customer needs, mentor teams, and apply practical AI-assisted engineering workflows.

At Fliff Inc., I lead frontend delivery for web solutions built from existing native applications, keeping functionality, UX, and visual design consistent. I translate business requirements into actionable frontend work and prioritize delivery with client-facing teams.

Previously at Ailleron, I managed a team of 7 frontend developers and 3 QA specialists delivering a product used by more than 10,000 people. I coordinated sprint planning, backlog priorities, releases, mentoring, and issue resolution across a cross-functional organization.

I've also built responsive websites, e-commerce stores, web applications, and campaigns at VMLY&R and WAYNET using React, TypeScript, Next.js, WordPress, and PrestaShop. I focus on maintainable architecture, reusable components, performance, testing, and reliable API integrations.

I bring AI-assisted development into practical engineering workflows, including human-reviewed code review agents that improve consistency without replacing developer judgment. Alongside technology, I co-manage Boom Boxing Studio, where I contribute to operations, growth planning, partnerships, and events.
