At WINNING / SPMS (Serviços Partilhados do Ministério da Saúde), I develop Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows, and create Power BI reports integrated with Power Apps.
I also create and manage SharePoint sites, including their presentation and permissions. I develop training sessions with Adobe Captivate for import to an LLM through SCORM packages.
In my current role, I act as the primary liaison between the company and external developers for platform maintenance and new feature development based on business requirements.
Previously, at PwC Portugal, I developed solutions using Power Platforms and Service Now. My earlier experience includes customer support, credit analysis, service management, and team leadership.
