My path into cybersecurity started on the front lines of technical support. Over several years at NCR, Easy Code, and ReSource Point of Sale, I worked my way up from L1 help desk to L2/L3 application support. I spent my days digging into application logs, writing SQL queries, and troubleshooting network and firewall configurations to solve tricky root-cause issues. That hands-on troubleshooting background made my transition into security operations feel seamless.

Currently, I work as a Security Analyst at Forsta. My day-to-day involves reviewing and triaging vulnerability findings using Wiz and CrowdStrike Falcon, coordinating remediation across engineering teams, and helping prospective and existing customers navigate security questionnaires and due diligence. I also care a lot about keeping team operations smooth, so I maintain our internal Confluence security knowledge base and handle administrative tasks in ServiceNow. To keep growing, I actively shadow incident response cases whenever possible.

I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science. Communication is one of my strong suits. I work fluently in English, speak native Serbian, and have a working knowledge of German (that would need some refreshing, but it’s there somewhere in the back of my head).
