What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative role managing systems and networks where I can implement secure, scalable infrastructure, lead technical projects, and grow into broader technical leadership.

I am an Information Technology Systems and Network Administrator with extensive experience managing Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Google Workspace, and network infrastructures to keep operations stable and secure.

I have implemented MikroTik RouterOS and Cisco switch deployments, led Hyper-V virtualization projects, commissioned network equipment, and managed video surveillance, alarm and time & attendance systems to improve efficiency and reliability.

I also developed a Windows time-tracking application (ERV) in collaboration with Microsoft Belgrade, and I value teamwork, clear communication, and creating a positive, secure technical environment where colleagues feel supported.
