I founded Hopefully DJ to make video and media accessible for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, blind, and low-vision audiences through audio description, ASL integration, and WCAG-compliant workflows.

As a Tech Visual Interpreter at Aira, I provide live, on-demand visual interpretation, document reading, environmental navigation, and on-screen troubleshooting through secure, real-time audio support. I bring the same safety, confidentiality, and precision to every interaction.

At United Healthcare, I spent nearly nine years coordinating complex care for members with ESRD and CHF, navigating food, housing, medication, claims, and clinical-care barriers. I also designed training for management and executive teams and contributed to a JD Power & Associates-recognized team for two consecutive years.

My work also includes AI response evaluation and cybersecurity analysis, including rubric-based LLM evaluation, SIEM monitoring, vulnerability management, threat analysis, IAM support, and compliance reviews.
