What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead accessibility initiatives, mentor teams, integrate automated/manual testing into SDLC, and deliver WCAG-compliant, inclusive digital products.

I am an accessibility-focused web developer and tech lead with extensive hands-on experience implementing WCAG, ADA, and Section 508 standards across large-scale web and mobile projects. I lead teams to integrate accessibility into SDLC, conduct audits and usability testing with assistive technologies, and implement both automated and manual testing using tools like Axe, JAWS, Evinced, and Wave.

I have driven accessibility programs at Verizon and Crownpeak, mentoring designers, developers, and QA to remediate issues, produce VPATs/ACRs, and scale accessible design systems.
