I am a design leader with 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS and AI, focused on building and scaling UX practices, design systems, and product operations that deliver measurable business outcomes. I have led cross-functional teams across continents and embedded human-centered discovery into agile workflows to shape AI-driven user experiences.

At Cognira I founded the first in-house Product Design & UX practice for a PromoAI SaaS solution, grew the client base 400% and helped generate $6M+ in new ARR through design-led SaaS migration. I introduced a design system with Storybook integration that reduced regression bugs by 44%, increased sprint velocity, and improved usability fix speed, while also reducing training time and navigation-related support tickets by 60%.
