At Pronk Multiservice, I manage end-to-end customer service and sales for a portfolio of 100 assigned customers, from enquiry through invoicing.
I'm the primary contact for key accounts, resolving escalations through timely, empathetic follow-through. I coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Transport to support seamless order execution, SLA compliance, and accurate CRM records.
I prepare daily KPI reports and lead and coach four Customer Service Executives. My work is focused on building long-term client trust and retention-focused process improvements.
Previously, on the DHL Freight process at Tata Consultancy Services, I ensured shipments were manifested on time, delivered daily MIS reports, reviewed Airway Bills and invoices, and led a team of eight members.
