I founded VetGrid, a technology-enabled veterinary healthcare platform creating persistent digital identities and longitudinal health records for livestock. Early trials indicate a 20% reduction in treatment costs and stronger access to standardised veterinary care.

At Indian PAC Consulting, I led strategy, operations, technology, and stakeholder programmes across nine Indian states, spanning 38 large-scale public initiatives and more than ₹13,500 crore in cumulative programme scale. I executed 31,700+ community-development camps in West Bengal, statewide healthcare and citizen-service programmes in Andhra Pradesh, and technology-enabled voter verification covering 10.96 crore registered voters.

Earlier, I expanded Kenosis VetHealth operations from one state to three, launched 10 products, increased market penetration by 14%, and reduced employee attrition by 28%. I also founded UMANG - A Reason to Smile, supporting 223 underprivileged students, and built a national COVID-19 essential-supplies database with a 25-member volunteer team.
