I’m looking for a role where I can lead cloud and hybrid identity initiatives with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, strengthen service transition and governance, and deliver secure, compliant infrastructure with DR/HA aligned to business needs.

I’m a Senior IT Infrastructure, Service Transition and Cloud professional with 18+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure management, cloud transformation, Microsoft technologies, and hybrid environments.

I bring extensive expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and virtualization technologies, with a proven ability to implement secure, resilient architectures that meet compliance and audit needs—especially in BFSI environments.

In recent work, I’ve delivered Active Directory assessment, tiering, and remediation solutions, supported Windows Server/AD/Hyper-V, and enabled hybrid identity integration between on-premises AD and Microsoft 365.

Earlier, as Manager – Center of Excellence (CoE), I led infrastructure and database teams, managed Microsoft 365/Exchange hybrid migration projects, designed DR strategies aligned to RTO/RPO, and implemented HADR across Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper-V, VMware, and backup platforms.
