What I'm looking for

I’m looking for CRM/Salesforce administration, operations, or program coordination roles where I can build structured workflows in fast-moving environments, using data management and automation to improve accuracy and turnaround time.

I build Salesforce data architecture and workflows for proVISION ASIA, structuring data across departments, translating requirements into custom objects and system logic, and optimizing data models for beneficiary management and reporting.

I’ve also digitized operations with Microsoft Power Apps and automated follow-ups using Power Automate, plus maintained a Salesforce inventory management system for mobility aids. Alongside this, I’m completing an MSc in Data Science at VIT, and I train staff so teams can adopt and use the systems I design.
