Dipangshu Borah

I build full-stack applications and AI-powered systems for operational, education, hospitality, and clinical use cases. Through my freelance work and Newtech Education Center, I've delivered database-backed web applications and MIS reporting solutions for clients.

I built FoodieExpress, a QR-based restaurant ordering system with session-scoped table tokens, optimized cart rendering, and LLM-assisted menu recommendations. I also developed Athliq, a sensor-to-mobile gait analysis pipeline used by 100+ active users in a clinical setting.

At Tech Mahindra, I worked with a four-person team to build a React, FastAPI, and MySQL system for course registration and attendance workflows. More recently, at Digibeds Technologies, I implement hotel onboardings, PMS/RMS and channel-manager setups, rate plans, training, troubleshooting, and ongoing relationship support.

I'm also building multi-tenant RAG platforms and computer-vision APIs, including a YOLOv8 construction-element detection system with ArUco-based real-world measurement. Alongside development, I teach computer fundamentals and support students pursuing DCA and PGDCA certifications.
