What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting reliable IT operations, infrastructure, user productivity, and technology projects in an environment where I can reduce downtime and improve systems.

At Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement, I provide IT support for users and vessels, covering desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, cameras, network connectivity, and backup systems.

I oversee server updates and backup strategies to support security, reliability, and data integrity. I also administer Active Directory through Cayosoft and optimize Microsoft 365 environments.

I contribute to IT projects, manage asset tracking and procurement, and diagnose technical issues to minimize downtime. My work supports smooth day-to-day operations across both office and vessel environments.

My background also includes operations at Douleutaras.gr, where I maintained CRM information, analyzed account and service histories, resolved customer issues, and worked toward KPIs. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and have pursued Windows Server, Azure Cloud, CCNA, and C# training.
