Diontai Dammond

I’m a hands-on IT and customer service professional with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (expected May 2025). I currently work as a Signage Installation Contractor, traveling across the United States to deliver and install signage for Chick-fil-A locations with accurate setup, strong safety habits, and clean communication on-site.

In addition to installation work, I bring technical and people-focused experience from an Information Technology Specialist Intern role, where I built and maintained computers, supported employees with updates and troubleshooting, and configured private proxy servers to improve security and network efficiency. Earlier, I worked as a Cashier & Customer Service Associate at CVS, handling cash transactions, inventory management, and customer needs with professionalism and urgency.

More recently, I’m expanding my impact as a Case Manager, providing one-on-one behavioral support based on individualized care plans, transporting clients safely, and documenting progress and daily activities. I also volunteer as a substitute teacher and afterschool helper, and I’ve mentored youth through the Boys & Girls Club—experiences that sharpen my leadership, patience, and problem-solving under real-world pressure.
