What I'm looking for

I'm looking for hands-on experience in the gaming and esports industry, particularly in tournament operations, player support, and technical troubleshooting. I'm available for remote work, especially evening and weekend shifts, and want to grow my knowledge of esports workflows and platforms.

I'm a business student based in Switzerland looking to start my professional career in the esports industry. I'm particularly interested in live tournament operations, match administration and technical support.

I'm passionate about competitive gaming, especially VALORANT and FPS esports. I'm comfortable with Discord, Windows and digital tools, and I'm currently developing my knowledge of tournament platforms, game servers and live event operations.

I'm fluent in French and Portuguese, with working knowledge of English. I'm motivated to learn quickly, work under pressure and gain hands-on experience in esports. I'm particularly interested in remote opportunities with evening and weekend shifts.
