At Virtusa Pvt Ltd, I investigated quality issues, tracked bugs in JIRA, and designed and performed manual and automated tests for software releases. My system testing and SQL data checks contributed to a 15–20% reduction in post-release bugs.

At Creative Software, I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer - Intern, creating testing procedures and documenting software flaws. I also participated in product feature releases, testing and validating features before deployment.

My projects include black-box testing for a hospital management application and Java management applications using HTML, CSS, and MySQL. I hold an ISTQB foundation level certificate in software testing (CTFL 114176).
