What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue delivering digital transformation and process-optimisation initiatives, bridging business and IT teams to implement scalable automation and technology-enabled solutions.

I'm currently supporting MEO's strategic digital transformation projects by eliciting requirements, analysing IT architectures and API dependencies, and translating business needs into technical specifications. I coordinate end-to-end technical workstreams and develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for scalable solutions.

At NAV Portugal, I led process optimisation and technology-adoption initiatives, using BPMN to redesign As-Is and To-Be processes and identify automation opportunities through RPA integrations. Previously at Deloitte Portugal, I supported international M&A due diligence, business cases, market assessments, operating-model design, and transformation roadmaps.
