At KWAN, I supported Fluxys Byte IT’s GsmartEvo modernization initiative, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications for applications supporting contract creation, pricing, and stock management. I also produced documentation and workflow diagrams, tested new features, and provided application support.
Previously, at Opensoft, I gathered requirements for Autoridade Tributária projects, modeled business processes, and developed functional documentation. I led UAT and internal audits, and at Caixa Geral de Depósitos I analyzed requirements and supported users during acceptance testing.
