I’m a Salesforce Production Support Engineer with around 9 years of IT experience, focused on Salesforce CRM production support and manual testing. I’ve handled L2/L3 production support for Salesforce CRM applications, resolving incidents and service requests within SLA while driving root cause analysis and documented solutions.
In my current role, I manage users through Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets, and support production deployments with post-deployment validation. I also perform SOQL data validation and data corrections, partnering closely with Business, Admin, and Development teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
Before that, I worked as a Software Test Engineer, where I analyzed business requirements, executed Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing, and logged defects in JIRA while participating in Agile ceremonies. I’m Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and bring a strong SDLC/STLC mindset to change and validation work.
