At Intracom Telecom, I lead the mechanical engineering section responsible for outdoor telecom radio units and network equipment, from concept to volume production. In the last two years, I took 5+ new products through design, prototyping, qualification testing and industrialization.
I manage a team of 12 mechanical engineers, review designs and sign off releases, and mentor engineers into senior and lead roles. I also drive design for manufacturing and cost reduction across a portfolio of around 20 product families.
Earlier at Intracom Telecom, I was the mechanical lead for a multi-mode ultrasonic tomography system for breast imaging and managed the manufacture of 4 units. At INTRACOM DEFENSE ELECTRONICS, I led mechanical development of rugged defense electronics enclosures and designed and tested to MIL-STD-810 requirements.
My work has included telecom products at INTRACOM S.A. and quality assurance for BIC razor production at VIOLEX BIC. I bring hands-on experience in industrialization, supplier qualification and manufacturing processes, alongside a Tech Mini MBA in technology management and recent training in Python, data science, deep learning and AI agents.
