At Intracom Telecom, I lead the mechanical engineering team responsible for outdoor telecom radio units and network equipment, taking products from concept to volume production. In the last two years, I took more than five new products through design, prototyping, qualification testing and industrialization.
I manage a team of 12 mechanical engineers, set priorities, review designs and sign off releases. I also work closely with manufacturing on stable, high-quality production, drive design-for-manufacturing and cost reduction, and audit and qualify mechanical parts suppliers.
Earlier, I worked on defense electronics at INTRACOM DEFENSE, telecom and IT products at Intracom S.A., and razor production quality at BIC. Alongside my mechanical engineering work, I’ve been learning Python, data science, deep learning and AI agents, and exploring where AI meets product engineering.
