At Potentiam Offshore Services, I own ConnectWise CPQ and PSA for the Codestone (UK) client, supporting Sales, RevOps and delivery teams. I manage quote templates, product catalogues, approval rules and system mappings.
I replaced a manual calculations tab with an automated Total Contract Value workflow across ~315 active quotes, using a phased pilot, template clean-up and spot checks. I also redesigned discount approval rules to eliminate duplicate approvals.
I investigate SaaS sync failures, including errors caused by billing-cycle selections and zero-quantity bundles. I documented a reusable fix and monitor sync health and data quality to help protect quoting and delivery processes.
Earlier, I supported systems and customers at Refinitiv India Shared Services Ltd., Mindtree Ltd., Microsoft R&D, Dell Technologies and Infosys Ltd. My work included server and network support, Windows performance troubleshooting, incident root-cause analysis and customer guidance.
