What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote virtual or executive assistant role where I can manage schedules, inboxes, documents, and client-facing operations with confidentiality, accuracy, and strong organization.

I've supported a Private Notary in Kigali as a Finance Secretary, handling administrative and executive support in a legal and finance-focused office.

I managed emails, documents, and daily tasks through Google Workspace, helping improve workflow efficiency while maintaining strict confidentiality.

I drafted sales contracts, powers of attorney, and board resolutions, and organized, scanned, and digitized client records for fast, accurate retrieval.

Through virtual assistant practice projects, I've continued building hands-on experience in inbox management, calendar coordination, data entry, file organization, document formatting, and proofreading.
