I manage oilfield service contracts at Serikandi Oilfield Services, leading delivery across HSSE, people, planning, execution, and commercial performance. I build risk and opportunity matrices, performance scorecards, client relationships, and operational teams that meet contract requirements.

Previously, I coordinated excavation, flushing, and ad hoc projects as a Project Engineer, preparing integrated asset plans, cost estimates, invoices, monthly reports, schedules, JHAs, method statements, and resource plans. I monitored quality, budgets, schedules, site productivity, equipment, manpower, and client deadlines.

My earlier work at Petrokon Utama and Joffren Omar spans structural drafting, jobcarding, workpacks, material take-offs, inventory, purchasing, and equipment inspection. I enjoy learning, working responsibly with minimal supervision, and growing in a leadership-supported environment.
